Filter paper is a paper with good
filtration performance. According to different uses and characteristics, filter
paper can be divided into multiple types. Here are some common filter paper
categories:
Qualitative filter paper and
quantitative filter paper. Qualitative filter paper
is generally residual ash. It is used for general qualitative analysis and is
used for filtering precipitation or suspension in the solution. It cannot be
used for quality analysis.
During the manufacturing process, the
quantitative filter paper is treated with hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric
acid, and was washed by distilled water to remove most of the impurities in the
paper fiber. Therefore Precision quantitative analysis.
In China, Quantitative analysis filter
paper is divided into three categories: fast, medium speed, and slow speeds.
The filter boxes are classified with leucorrhea (fast), blue belt (medium
speed), and red belt (slow speed) on the filter carton.
Coffee filter paper. Filtering paper dedicated to brewing coffee can remove the oily
ingredients in coffee.
Tea bag filter paper. This is a kind of low -volume special packaging paper, which is used
in the packaging of bubble tea. It requires uniform fiber tissue, without
crease wrinkles, and no odor.
Air filter paper. Used to test suspended particles in the air.
Special filter paper. Including eliminating filter paper, chemical analysis filter paper,
dyeing filter paper, etc., it is suitable for specific experimental needs.
In addition, the raw materials and
manufacturing methods of filter paper are also different, including plant
fibers such as chemical wood pulp, cotton pulp, mulberry pulp, glass fiber,
synthetic fiber, aluminum silicate fiber, etc., and even metal fibers.
In addition to the above mixed fibers, some
fillers should be added according to the formula, such as titanium pink,
perlite, activated carbon, diatomic soil, ion exchange resin, etc.
